And AA hand loses because the river is 9 as well.

I hate losing money over crap like that.

What's the worst loss you've ever had to a great hand?

My worst beat:

I get a KsQs, normal round of betting ensues.

Flop comes up K K A.  I bet, get raised, call the raise.

Turn comes up 8.  I bet again, get raised, reraise, man calls the raise.

River comes up A.  The money starts to fly.  I am sitting there with a Kings full of Aces, only one card can beat me.

Wanna guess what card the guy had?

Yeah, that was about a hundred bucks to me.  One of the only times where I could have got up and killed another human being.

And it was the second time in the same day that I had not been elegible for a bad beat jackpot of a couple of grand.

That one took me a little while before I could go to a poker table again.  And shibby, you are the only person who has been able to beat that story I have heard in the two years since it happened.

I tell myself that what is important is you play the hand as good as you can, sometimes your just gonna loose.  But that loss was horriffic.

Well, if it's any help, everything should include both good things and bad ones. Focus on the good, dump the bad ones.
