To start from August 6 at Grand Casino Lucerne - Poker Circle Swiss Open
In recent years, the game of poker has gained popularity among enthusiasts in the country of chocolate and watch, Switzerland. It has several casinos that run local poker tournaments, including the Poker Circle Swiss Open (PCSO). The Grand Casino Lucerne is, once again, hosting the PCSO four months after the holding of the previous edition. In May, the Swiss Circle Poker Open had attracted 294 participants. The top prize of the CHF680 Main Event was hit by Marek Andrzejewski. He crushed Günter Ruhlander, Perparim Demaj and Sinisa Bodrozic to claim the 27,011CHF. Each one of them also pocketed the same sum. From August 6 to 10, the Grand Casino Lucerne is running its third edition of the PCSO. The highlight of the poker event will be the Main Event of CHF680 of buy-in. In addition to the main event, other events are also included on the menu.
Two side events of CHF350 and CHF240 of buy-in will be held for five days to allow all visitors to participate in the event. To spice things up, the Main Event will embody a deep stack tournament. Players will enter the game with a stack of 30,000 chips during which the blinds are to increase every 30 minutes of play, then 60 minutes in the last levels. The event has three starting days with the possibility of re-entry. The final table is scheduled in the afternoon of Sunday, August 10. Satellite tournaments of CHF60 are also organized prior to Day 1A, Day1B and Day 1C.
