WSOP Europe: Only a few days for its first in the Parisian region
The poker tournament World Series of Poker Europe is one of the most exclusive tournament on the Old Continent. For this 7th edition of the WSOP Europe, the circuit will be held in the Parisian region from October 11 to 25. The Barrière casino of Enghien-les-Bains will host this event and its location near Paris will seduce many French players but also those from other European countries used the WSOP circuit. Ty Stewart, executive director of the WSOP, was very confident about the success of this step of the WSOPE in the Parisian region and expects to receive more than 150 players qualified for the main event through satellite tournaments. During these two weeks, 50 tournaments will be played at this casino and eight bracelets will be distributed. The Pergola Nova will be transformed for the occasion in a poker room to allow all regular of the tournaments to take place in the room, a first in the WSOPE.
The 10,450 buy-in No Limit Hold'em is the main event of the WSOPE Enghien- les-Bains but seven other major events are also planned which are the Ladies Event at 1,100 buy-in, the 1,100 No -Limit Hold'em Re -Entry, the 5,300 Mixed-Max No-Limit Hold'em, the 1,650 Pot Limit Omaha, the 2,200 No Limit Hold'em, the Mixed -Max pot- Limit Omaha of 3,250 and the 25,600 High Roller. These events will be awarded with a WSOPE bracelet event but seven of them only will be broadcast in streaming live on the WSOP website and PokerListings.
