Online Poker site Announces Freeroll Tournament for WSOP Seat
This year, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) is giving away a prize pool of a whopping $7,500,000. That's an attractive annuity for poker fans of any income. Unfortunately, with a buy-in of $10,000, not every poker talent can afford to compete. Thankfully, online poker site PokerBrits.com is hosting a freeroll tournament that will send one lucky winner to compete at the WSOP. Since the popularity of internet poker has exploded over the past few years, online qualifiers have demonstrated impressive successes. Last year's champion, Greg Raymer as well as Chris Moneymaker, who won the main event in 2003 were both online qualifiers. Online poker tournaments have given relative unknowns a chance to show off their stuff and enter the world of pro poker.
