All In for Kids 2013: Rendezvous in Manhattan on November 14
Poker is not just a game of money in which players are attracted by the lure of profits. Since last year, the World Poker Tour offers to its regulars to play differently and support a good cause with the World Poker Tour Association Foundation. Each year, the association organizes a charity evening to help disadvantaged children and those suffering from serious diseases. The ''All In for Kids” became a classic among celebrities, athletes and poker professionals. This year's event will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, in Manhattan in New York on November 14.
The edition 2013 of the ''All In for Kids '' will be sponsored by the legendary Phil Hellmuth but other poker celebrities will be also part of the event if we only mention the WPT commentators Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten. The event will also gather many businessman and sports stars. All of the money raised at this event will be allocated to a hospice program through the establishment of a social and psychological support for those children with serious illness and for their families. Still in the context of playing poker for a good cause, the World Poker Tour organizes also in partnership with the golf legend Tiger Woods, the event Tiger's Poker Night. This charity event will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on May 16, 2014. A poker tournament will be held for a buy- in of $ 10,000.
