Card Player Poker Tour Foxwoods: A great success in perspective
The kick-off of the third step of the Card Player Poker Tour season II was held in February 8th of this year, in the poker room of Foxwoods Resort Casino of Ledyard, Mashantucket, USA. This great festival of poker includes several series of events, endowed each with a guaranteed prizepool, among which most have already given their verdicts. The event 2, a No-limit Holdem at $600, has for example ended with the victory of Christopher Leon. This event with a guarantee of $100,000 has registered a record field of 502 participants, which has considerably increased the total of the jackpot. The Event 2 of the tournament which has crowned Je Wook as winner has also registered a massive field, generating the triple of the guaranteed prizepool. The NLH at $75,000 guaranteed prizepool has also attracted a wide field of 135 players and it has ended with the victory of Andrew Gallen.
On the other hand, the tournament H.O.R.S.E at $10,000 of guarantee has gathered 66 players. His trophy was awarded to Christopher Amaral.
